Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is super nice with easily accessible rooms that were perfect for our needs, very well isolated, but lacked coffee or tea facilities. The service was top-notch, with staff going out of their way to be helpful, although the view for children wasn't the best as the hotel mainly hosts Medical Tourism. The location was awesome and insuperable, featuring a lovely swimming pool on the top floor; close to the shopping area but far from the river. The dining experience was wonderful, offering anything one could want, even champagne. The facilities were excellent, but could use improvement.
Opening the windows in the gorgeous rooms, you're greeted with the soothing sound of spraying water and the delightful scent of fresh lilies. The stay was very nice overall, but there were some minor issues to consider.
The hotel was like a hidden gem, offering spacious and well-appointed rooms that felt more like a suite. The superb breakfast and great ambience added to a very comfortable and quiet stay. I would have preferred a king bed, but overall, it was a delightful experience.
My stay was a pleasant experience overall. The room was spacious and comfortable, although a bit warm due to the air conditioning being inactive during October. The service was exceptional with friendly and efficient staff always ready to assist. The location was convenient for walking to nearby attractions, although the design could have been better. The dining experience was fantastic with a variety of options and attentive staff.
I had a wonderful stay at the Queen's Palace hotel. The rooms were large, comfortable, and well-decorated, complete with a lovely 2-basin bathroom. The service was top-notch, just like the amazing staff at Europäischer Hof Heidelberg. The location was ideal for exploring the old town on foot. The dining experience was delicious and rich, especially the variety of fruits, bread, cheese, and fresh juices. The facilities were excellent overall.
